The Department of Commerce has agreed to a judgment order requiring the Mullinville Community Foundation to pay the state $2,000 as part of a legal effort to recover COVID relief funds because of breach in the grant agreement.
After initially not commenting when asked about the order, the Commerce Department said later Friday that the order is being revised to reflect a significantly larger judgment that the foundation . . .
