Coalition seeks to set aside WOTUS rule

A coalition of agricultural, oil and gas, real estate and contracting interests is asking a federal judge to set aside a new rule governing how the nation's streams and waterways are regulated.

The group is asking a federal judge to vacate the water regulation that President Joe Biden's administration imposed but was blocked in Kansas and 26 other states until the U.S. Supreme Court could decide the scope of water protections under federal law.
