Growing frustrated with the "administrative state," business groups are urging lawmakers to pass a law that would give the Legislature oversight of the rules and regulations adopted by state agencies.
The bill, backed by the Kansas Chamber of Commerce, Kansas Grain and Feed Association and others, would clamp down on how regulations are adopted in Kansas.
