A federal appeals court in Ohio has lifted an order blocking a federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large employers.
A three-judge panel on Friday ruled against Kansas and a collection of petitioners who challenged the Biden administration's mandate requiring employers with more than 100 employees to be vaccinated or undergo weekly testing.
The panel ruled 2-1 late Friday in favor of the vaccine mandate, overriding another appeals court from the 5th Circuit in New Orleans that had blocked the inococulation requirement.
