Abortion rights groups are spending almost a half-million dollars in Kansas supporting Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly and U.S. Rep. Sharice Davids as the election moves into its final days.

A new report out this week showed that the Planned Parenthood Great Plains Votes political action committee has spent about $245,000 supporting Kelly, although the governor has largely refrained from campaigning on the issue.
