Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach is seeking a default judgment against a nonprofit group that claims to support transgender youth that's been accused of soliciting money that’s been used for personal expenses, including a traffic ticket.

Lawyers for Kobach are asking for a default judgment against Molly Catherine Brace and the nonprofit group Trans Heartland after neither party responded to a lawsuit seeking to stop them from raising money as a charity.
