Republican state Rep. Ken Rahjes is back in position to return to the Kansas House after seeking statewide office.
Rahjes won the GOP nomination in a precinct committee election Wednesday night for the 110th House District.
It was a seat that Rahjes was set to give up after first running for secretary of state and then lieutenant governor on a ticket with Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott Schwab.
The Agra lawmaker prevailed 18-4 in the precinct committee election over former Phillips County Commissioner Max Dibble to win the Republican nomination. He'll face Democrat SSJ
