Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly reported raising about $1.4 million more than Republican rival Attorney General Derek Schmidt as the Kansas governor's race starts winding down, according to the latest campaign finance reports filed late Monday night.
Kelly reported bringing in about $3.1 million for the period from July 22 to Oct. 27, according to the governor's latest campaign finance report.
