(EDS Note: Overland Park Mayor Curt Skoog was not included in this project because of his June entry into the governor's race and the lack of a comparable legislative record to the other Democratic candidates. We did offer the candidate the opportunity to answer how he would have voted on these bills, but the campaign didn't respond to those questions. This project started in early May and both the Holscher and Corson campaigns spent considerable time answering questions about these votes plus others that didn't make the final cut).
