A new group incorporated by a Kansas lawyer has gone on the air supporting the election of justices to the Kansas Supreme Court with total broadcast spending in the campaign now beating $1 million.
Attorney Josh Ney has incorporated a group called Kansas Information Network Action that spent or booked or spent about $264,000 on ads supporting what it described as the "Right to Vote Amendment." It's a nonprofit social welfare group not required to disclose its donors.
