Republican Lisa Moser has emerged as the winner in House District 106 after Marshall County election officials certified their results Thursday morning.
Jon Ungerer led Moser 2,622-2,2610 after Election Day, but the margin narrowed to six votes as mail-in ballots arrived at election offices.
The race swung in Moser's favor when she gained eight votes in Washington County, three in Republic County and one in Jewell County after provisional ballots were tallied this week.
