A top national Democratic litigator is predicting that the new Kansas congressional districts headed for speedy approval will be challenged in court.
Marc Elias, regarded nationally as the Democrats' leading expert on election law and redistricting, made his prediction on social media late Monday night.
"If Kansas enacts that congressional gerrrymander, I expect that it will be sued," Elias said in a tweet.
