Tiger Woods’ DUI arrest appears in Kobach ad on capital punishment

Footage of golf superstar Tiger Woods under arrest is featured in a new ad run by Republican attorney general candidate Kris Kobach criticizing his opponent of being soft on capital punishment for "cop killers" and "mass murderers."

The 30-second ad spot includes police dash cam footage of Woods being escorted by two police officers after he was arrested for driving under the influence in 2017.

Woods is shown in custody under the headline, "NO CAPITAL PUNISHMENT."

Woods appears in a short snippet where the ad suggests that Democratic rival Chris Mann - a former police officer and prosecutor - would oppose . . .
