Good morning everyone.
Monday marked the start of the 2020 legislative session, or what basically can best be described as back-to-school day as everyone gets reacquainted in that warm, cozy feeling that prevails at the Capitol in the first week.
That's not to say there wasn't news. So let's catch you up with the news you might have missed but need to know from the first day of the session.
