Gov. Laura Kelly is drawing the ire of another part of her Democratic base, this time from the Teamsters union upset over her signing a bill governing how autonomous vehicles will operate in Kansas.
It's the second time in about a month that Kelly has angered parts of her base as she seeks reelection later this year.
