The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday refused to weigh in on a brewing controversy over whether an arcade game where players shoot at dragons is a game of skill and complies with the state's gambling laws.
The court unanimously decided against ruling on the question posed by the Kansas subsidiary of Pace-O-Matic, based in Duluth, Georgia.
The company introduced the game - Dragon's Ascent - here in 2019, and there are about 200 across Kansas now.
