Good day everyone:
With the primary election just about out of the way (yes, we're still counting provisional ballots in some counties), it's just 80 days before the Nov. 6 general election.
Election Day this year also happens to coincide with KU's first college hoops game against Michigan State and Wichita State's opening tip against Louisiana Tech.
K-State fans, your team doesn't start play until Nov. 9, so you can relax and enjoy as the general election results flow in. Your humble correspondent will be missing Kentucky/Duke that night — a very painful sacrifice . . .
