Good morning everyone:
It was kind of a slow week given that the Legislature didn't return from the turnaround break until Wednesday. There really isn't much time left in the session, since leadership is determined to wrap things up by the end of April. Honestly, we can't get out of our current Topeka accommodations fast enough. But we say that every year and some of you call the same place home for four months out of the year, so you understand.
