Good morning everyone:
Well, what was supposed to be a couple days away from Topeka ended abruptly on someone's birthday last Friday. We did get a dinner out with Mrs. SSJ Friday night, but we were really too tired to do much celebrating. News is an unforgiving enterprise without much regard for anyone's personal life. But we did sneak in some basketball although that didn't turn out the way we wanted either. Nevertheless, it's always good to be home.
We'll set aside the gloominess and move onto the significant stories that we published last week . . .
