Good morning
Kind of a slow week — maybe the slowest in months — as the state digs out from the primary elections. A legislative committee's hearings on the economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic yielded stories of hardship facing the business community. A couple of elections were either put to bed or are closer to being wrapped up. And we got a sense of the cost facing the state to bring its computer system at the Labor Department into the 21st century.
