Lots going on at the Capitol as committees near completion of their work as we race to conclude the regular legislative session with several major big ticket issues still needing resolved.
Hope you didn't miss as much as NCAA basketball as we did and your bracket isn't already in tatters. Let's take a look at what you might have missed but need to know from Thursday (and we'll just leave the college hoop scores out).
