A new social welfare group that doesn't have to disclose its donors entered the Kansas governor's race Tuesday morning with a nearly $200,000 television ad buy criticizing Gov. Laura Kelly for fraud at the Labor Department and closing schools.

The farm-style themed ad complete with a pig and a donkey - financed by the nonprofit John Brown Freedom Fund - brings together fraud at the Labor Department with the governor's decision to close schools at the start of the pandemic.

So far, six different groups have purchased broadcast ads in support . . .
