Selzer chooses Goodland businesswoman as a running mate

On Monday morning, a second Kansas gubernatorial candidate announced he was picking a woman as his running mate.

Insurance Commissioner Ken Selzer named Goodland businesswoman and former Goodland City Commissioner Jenifer Sanderson as his choice for lieutenant governor.

 Selzer's pick came after Democrat gubernatorial Josh Svaty chose former Blackhawk helicopter pilot Katrina Lewison as a running mate.
