First reluctant to endorse in the U.S. Senate race, former Democratic Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius on Monday came out in support of Barbara Bollier in the race to replace retiring U.S. Sen. Pat Roberts.
"Barbara will be a breath of fresh air in the U.S. Senate," Sebelius said in a statement released Monday morning.
