Schmidt responds to SCOTUS case after siding with employer


The U.S. Supreme Court didn't go in Attorney General Derek Schmidt's favor this time.

Kansas was among 16 states that asked the justices to re-examine the lower court ruling that found that a Michigan funeral home violated federal law when it fired a transgender employee.
