A bill authorizing Amazon to operate automated delivery vehicles on city sidewalks was approved by the Kansas Senate on Wednesday.
The Senate approved the legislation 24-15 to send it to the House. The bill potentially could face a veto from the governor since it was strongly opposed by labor unions.
