As she heads into reelection, Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly's approval rating is struggling to get above 50%, declining for the second year in a row, a new poll released Tuesday shows.
The new poll out by Fort Hays State University's Docking Institute of Public Affairs shows Kelly with an approval rating of 45.4% and a disapproval rating of 31.3%.
About 23% were neutral.
