The Kansas races for U.S. Senate and governor took on a national presence Monday when Vice President JD Vance came to Olathe to campaign against the Democrats in those races, characterizing them as left-wing radicals and even calling Democratic gubernatorial candidate Sen. Cindy Holscher a "left-wing lunatic."
Vance appeared at metal fabricator Webco Manufacturing, whose markets include data centers, energy, aviation and construction, to tout the accomplishments of the Trump administration's trade and immigration policies to protect and create jobs.
