The U.S. Postal Service wants Secretary of State Scott Schwab to show evidence of the postmarking errors that he said led to an estimated 1,000 primary ballots being discounted.
Responding to Schwab's letter from last week, the Postal Service's chief customer and marketing officer said the agency was unaware of the issues that Schwab raised in his letter last week.
