A national group forming a third-party presidential ticket that could bring together a moderate Republican and Democrat is suing to force the state to create a new political party in Kansas.
The No Labels Kansas Party this week filed a lawsuit asking a judge to reverse the secretary of state's decision not to recognize its petition to start a new political party.
