Thought we would jump start your day with some news tidbits that are percolating out there but may not necessarily be widely known before diving into your Cheerios - or in my case Captain Crunch - this morning.
Kobach Care
We'll start with Secretary of State Kris Kobach's proposal to reform KanCare with something known as direct primary care - sometimes called "concierge care" - where patients pay a subscription for unlimited access to a primary care doctor. In this case, Kobach is proposing a monthly $50 subscription.
