A new poll shows the Kansas governor's race in a dead heat with Republican Kris Kobach ahead by just a nose.
The poll released by Emerson College shows Kobach with 37 percent compared to 36 percent for Democrat Laura Kelly and 9 percent for independent candidate Greg Orman.
The poll showed "other candidates" - Libertarian Jeff Caldwell and independent Rick Kloos - at 3 percent combined.
Undecided was at 15 percent.
