Schmidt endorsement
The Kansas State Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police on Thursday announced its support for former Attorney General Derek Schmidt in the 2nd District Republican primary for Congress.
"Derek’s commitment to public safety, support for law enforcement, and dedication to the well-being of our community make him an outstanding candidate," Amanda Wood, president of the Kansas FOP, said in a statement.
"We appreciate Derek’s efforts to build a safer and more secure environment for all Kansans . . .
