An Overland Park neighborhood group on Monday urged a federal judge to block a state law that could require it to disclose its donors as he decides on a lawsuit that could redefine what qualifies as a political action committee in Kansas.
Lawyers for Fresh Vision OP appeared before U.S. District Judge Dan Crabtree, asking him to stop the state from enforcing part of a state law defining a political action committee in a way they say is unconstitutionally broad.
