Former Kansas Republican Party chair David Miller is asking a Shawnee County judge to stop the secretary of state from dissolving the No Labels Party, which its original founders said was being hijacked him and others in Kansas.
Miller filed a lawsuit on Thursday seeking an injunction to stop Secretary of State Scott Schwab from terminating No Labels and its recognized status as a political party in Kansas.
Miller, who is representing himself, argued that Schwab's order to dissolve the party "is arbitrary, capricious, and outside . . .
