Republican Congressman Roger Marshall on Monday unveiled the first television advertisement of the U.S. Senate race in Kansas.
The Marshall campaign is making a six-figure spend - the actual amount was not available - across the state. The ad also will run on social media as well.
The ads started today and will run through mid-January. It is running on Fox News and the Weather Channel.
The ad focuses heavily on President Donald Trump, saying the congressman is taking on the "Trump haters" and their "phony impeachment." It portrays Marshall as a "pro Trump conservative."
