Gov. Laura Kelly is pushing back against the idea of limiting Medicaid expansion to Kansans earning up to 100% of the poverty level, saying it would cost the state more money.
In a radio appearance on KCUR's Up to Date with Steve Kraske, Kelly said restricting expansion to 100% of the poverty level instead of 138% would mean the state would pick up more of the cost.
