Republican state Rep. Susan Carlson of Clay Center was arrested Monday night on a charge of driving under the influence, court booking reports show.
Carlson, who represents House District 64, was charged with one count of DUI and failure to maintain a single lane - unsafe lane change, court records show.
She was booked into the Shawnee County Detention Center at 11 p.m. Monday and released at 2:15 a.m. Tuesday, court records show.
Her next court appearance is set for March 1.
