Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach will once again be in the national spotlight this morning when he goes to court to defend a state law requiring prospective voters to show proof of citizenship.
Nationally, it's been billed as major battle in the war over voting rights in this country. More locally, the case could decide whether thousands of Kansans could be eligible to vote in this year's election.
