Kobach wins injunction blocking DACA health care rule

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach got a federal judge in North Dakota to block the federal government from extending Affordable Care Act coverage to immigrants brought to the United States illegally as children.

U.S. District Judge Daniel M. Traynor, appointed by President Donald Trump, sided with Kobach and attorneys general from more than a dozen other states that argued the Biden administration rule would give "illegal aliens" a "free pass" to get into the country.
