Attorney General Kris Kobach on Monday prevailed in a court challenge to a rule imposed by President Joe Biden's administration allowing foreign nationals who fill temporary agricultural jobs in the United States to unionize.
U.S. District Judge Lisa Godbey Wood, who sits on the bench in the southern district of Georgia, issued a preliminary injunction stopping the rule.
