Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach on Wednesday claimed a tentative victory in the Republican primary for governor, saying it is imperative to immediately start running a general election campaign.
Even while allowing that his 191-vote lead might change, Kobach said Republicans can't afford to give their opponents any time as the final results are sorted out.
