Bob Brock resigned his position as director of aviation this week at the Kansas Department of Transportation, an agency spokesperson said.
Brock stepped down from his position Monday, Steve Hale said. No reason was provided for his decision to resign.
Hale said the agency has started a search for a replacement.
Meanwhile, Cory Davis, KDOT’s director of multimodal transportation and innovation, will serve as interim leader of the Aviation Division, he said.
An effort to reach Brock on Thursday morning for comment was unsuccessful.
