Kansas broke three election records this year, including the most people to cast a ballot in history and the most who voted in person ahead of Election Day.
State election officials on Monday certified the results of the Nov. 5 election, saying that the state saw not only an unprecedented number of voters registered for this general election but also set new records for Kansans who cast ballots and voted in advance in person.
