Kobach welfare proposals
Republican Kris Kobach on Wednesday latched onto former Gov. Sam Brownback's welfare ideas and took them a step further.
Kobach wants to require a 30-hour workweek for able-bodied Medicaid recipients and add drug testing for food . . .
