Kansas Electric Cooperatives executive to retire

Bruce Graham on Monday announced he plans to retire as chief executive officer of Kansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. next May.

Graham's retirement will mark the end of more than 30 years with the electric cooperatives that started in 1987 working in government relations and communications for the Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, also known at KEPCo.

Graham worked for KEPCo for 17 years before moving on to oversee the association for electric cooperatives in Indiana from 2006 to 2012.

He came back to Kansas in 2012 as the chief executive of the cooperatives.
