Former White House operative Steve Bannon will host a fundraiser for U.S. Senate hopeful Kris Kobach this week, according to an invitation making its rounds in Republican circles.
A copy of the invitation circulating among politicos shows that the fundraiser is planned for Wednesday night at the "Breitbart Embassy," a three-story, red brick house near the U.S. Supreme Court.
New York Magazine reported in 2017 that the "Embassy," where Bannon purportedly lived and hosted swanky parties, was worth $2.35 million and owned by a former member of the Egyptian parliament, Moustafa El-Gindy.
