A state judge on Thursday ordered the Johnson County election commissioner to comply with the open records law and make available a list of the voters who cast provisional ballots in last August's primary.

Johnson County District Judge David Hauber found that Election Commissioner Ronnie Metsker's refusal to provide Davis Hammet with a list of voters casting provisional ballots violated the state open records law.
