Judge leans toward dismissing voter fraud lawsuit

A Johnson County judge on Monday morning said he was leaning toward dismissing a lawsuit brought by a pair of election deniers who want election records preserved for an investigation of the election system.

After a nearly hourlong Zoom hearing, Judge James Vano did not immediately rule on the lawsuit brought personally by Hannah Mingucci and Katie Roberts seeking to preserve election documents targeted for destruction so they can be used to investigate elections.

Vano said he would rule in a couple days, likely in favor of the county's motion to dismiss the SSJ
