House, Senate maps pass court muster

The Kansas Supreme Court signed off on new districts for the state House and Senate, setting aside an objection from Democratic Sen. Tom Holland who had been drawn out of his district.

The court found the maps for the House and Senate were valid as required by the Kansas Constitution. The court's ruling was unanimous. An opinion is forthcoming.
